Lankaran Club Regulations
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. "Lankeran Club" was founded on the basis of common interests and principles of volunteerism with the aim of creating a connection between the members of the Club and at the same time among the youth, schoolchildren and students of our city, and ensuring their intellectual activity.
1.2. The club operates in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and this Regulation and is independent within its powers.
1.3. The club has the right to establish mutual relations with state bodies, non-governmental organizations and international organizations within its powers.
II. MAIN GOALS AND DUTIES OF THE CLUB
2.1. The main goal of the Club is to effectively organize the free time of the members of the Club, to reveal their intellectual potential, to ensure their active participation in the intellectual life of the republic, to try to increase their world views and to help them in this work.
2.2. The main tasks of the club are:
2.2.1. To effectively organize the free time of the club members;
2.2.2. To organize different types of intellectual games with the participation of club members;
2.2.3 To increase the interest of the young generation in science and education;
2.2.4. To promote and develop all types of intellectual games among the members of the club;
2.2.5. To prepare club members for inter-club (inter-university), intra-republic and international competitions;
2.2.6. To ensure the participation of talented Club members in intellectual competitions held inside and outside the borders of the Republic;
2.2.7. To carry out other tasks that are not prohibited.
III. CLUB MEMBERSHIP, RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF MEMBERS
3.1. Club membership is voluntary.
3.2. Admission of members to the club is carried out by the board of the club. Those who want to join the club apply to the Club's Board of Directors, the application is reviewed, and when a positive result is reported, admission to membership is carried out.
3.3. Members of the club are equal and have the following rights:
3.3.1. To participate in any kind of intellectual games held by the club;
3.3.2. Voluntary activity in the organization of projects;
3.3.3. To receive information about the activities of the club;
3.3.4. Making various proposals;
3.4. Members of the club have the following duties:
3.4.1. To comply with the Club Regulations;
3.4.2. To carry out the decisions of the board of the club;
3.4.3. Be responsible for what you do.
3.5. Club membership is terminated in the following cases:
3.5.1. When the club is dissolved;
3.5.2. When voluntarily leaving the membership of the Club;
3.5.3. When removed from membership by the decision of the club's management board;
3.6. If a member of the club is dissatisfied with the termination of his membership, he has the right to appeal to the club management. The final decision is made by the Chairman of the Club.
IV. CLUB STRUCTURE AND GOVERNING BODIES
4.1. The structure and governing bodies of the club are as follows:
4.1.1. Chairman
4.1.2. Vice President
4.1.3. Board of Directors (BoD)
CHAIRMAN
4.2. The club is headed by the chairman of the club.
4.3. Chairman of the club:
4.3.1. The general management of the club's activities carries out executive and executive functions;
4.3.2. Represents the club and acts on its behalf;
4.3.3. Proposes additions or changes to the Club's Bylaws;
4.3.4. Organizes the execution of decisions attributed to its authority;
4.3.5. Forms the national team to represent the club in the republic and beyond its borders and is responsible for the national team.
4.3.6. Monitors the financing of prepared projects;
4.3.7. Performs the functions assigned to him by the organization.
4.4. The activity of the chairman is terminated in the following cases:
4.4.1. If, based on the complaint of the teams within the club, the Board of Directors decides on the inactivity of the Chairman;
4.4.2. If a volunteer resigns;
4.5. In the case of termination of the activity of the Chairman, the Deputy Chairman heads the Club until the next election.
VICE PRESIDENT
4.6. Vice President:
4.7.1. Prepares projects related to management, legislation, implementation, various tournaments and club development;
4.7.2. He is responsible for the projects he prepares and is directly responsible for their implementation;
4.7.3. deals with issues of interaction with Mass Media (Media), Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) and other clubs;
4.7.4. Leads the work of attracting new teams to the club;
4.7.5. In the absence of the president of the club or when his activity is terminated, his powers are exercised by the Deputy Chairman;
4.7.6. The vice-chairman also carries out the issues assigned to him by the chairman of the club;
4.8. The activity of the deputy chairman may be terminated in the following cases:
4.8.1. If the IH approves the complaint made by the majority (more than half) of the teams in the club to the Chairman about the inactivity of the Deputy Chairman;
4.8.2. If a volunteer resigns;
4.9. In the case of the termination of the activity of the vice-chairman, until the next election, his powers are performed by the person appointed by the club chairman.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS (BOARD OF DIRECTORS)
5.1. The Board of Directors approves the activity plans and projects of the Club and makes decisions on other issues within its powers. IH consists of 3 (three) structures: Social Media; Author staff; Project work section. In addition, IH members have the authority to accept or reject issues brought up for discussion in IH by simple voting.
5.2. Social media section:
5.2.1. Manages the club's social media accounts;
5.2.2. It ensures the preparation of announcements and posts of the club for social media.
5.3. Authors section:
5.3.1. The author's staff includes members of the IH who prepare the questions for any championships held by the club;
5.3.2. The author team is appointed only by the club president;
5.4. Department of work with projects:
5.4.1. IH members who are engaged in organizing all kinds of events belong to the project work section.
5.4.2. It determines the format, time and place of the tournament to be held.
5.4.3. It ensures the elimination of any technical problem that arose during the championship.
5.4.4. The club accepts and evaluates proposals made by members.
5.5. The activity of the members of the IH is terminated in the following cases:
5.5.1. When his Club membership is terminated;
5.5.2. When more than half of the teams complain to the Chairman about the inactivity of the IH member and the Vice Chairman confirms it;
5.5.3. If he does not participate in the meetings of the IH without reason;
5.5.4. At his own will.
5.5.5. When the activity of a member of the IH is terminated, his powers are performed by the person appointed by the Club Chairman.
V. ORGANIZATION AND PROJECTS OF THE CLUB'S ACTIVITY
5.1. The club's financial activities can be financed by sponsors, membership fees, voluntary donations, and grants received from foreign organizations.
5.2. The budget draft of the club is adopted by a simple majority of votes of the meeting and approved by the chairman of the club.
5.3. The club makes a project proposal for the events to be implemented. Only after the project proposal is approved, its financing is carried out.
VI. TERMINATION OF THE CLUB
6.1. If there is a valid reason, the activity of the Club may be terminated by the Chairman of the Club based on the majority vote of more than 75% of the Club members.
6.2. Termination of the club's activities is carried out in accordance with the current legislation.
6.3. The club management can voluntarily stop the activity of the club.
VII. FINAL CONCLUSIONS
7.1. Matters not provided for in this Regulation are regulated by legislation.
7.2. Additions and changes may be made to these Regulations after the approval of the Board of Directors and the approval of the Club Chairman.
7.3. In the future, if the provisions of this Regulation conflict with the legislation, the provisions of the legislation shall be applied.
