"BrainX" Club has been operating since 2022. It is a social development club with a free form of self-management, where paid and free seminars, meetings, trainings and classes are organized for young people and students in our city and region.
The main goal of the club is to contribute to the career and educational life of young people in the right direction.

Brain X Club Bylaws
Ⅰ. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. "Brain X Club" is founded on the basis of common interests and principles of volunteering, with the aim of creating a connection between the members of the Club and, at the same time, the young people of our city, potential schoolchildren, students, and providing them with practical skills on the professional levels of young people.
1.2. The club operates in accordance with the Regulations and is independent under the "Maximum" educational center within its powers.
1.3. The club can establish mutual relations with state bodies, non-governmental organizations and international organizations within the framework of the powers of the "Maximum" educational center.
1.4. The club provides its members access to local and international projects, local and international grant competitions within the scope of its opportunities.
II. MAIN GOALS AND DUTIES OF THE CLUB
2.1. The main goal of the Club is to effectively organize the free time of the Club members, to reveal the potential abilities of young people, to ensure the specialization of young people in 9 categories, to develop their business meetings, to expand their social relations, to increase their ability to work with various projects, to provide Club members with access to entrepreneurs, and this helping them in their work.
2.2. The main tasks of the club are:
2.2.1. To effectively organize the free time of the club members
2.2.2. To organize specialization trainings with the participation of club members;
2.2.3 To increase the social interest of young people;
2.2.4. Increase practical specialization among members of the club;
2.2.5. To provide the members of the club access to national and international grant competitions at the "Maximum" educational center;
2.2.6. To increase the ability of young people to work with various projects;
2.2.7. Increase business meetings of young people.
III. CLUB MEMBERSHIP, RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF MEMBERS
3.1. Club membership is voluntary.
3.2. The first 100 members were admitted to the club through an online registration form. Those who want to become members of the club apply to the Board of Directors, the application is reviewed, and when a positive result is reported, admission to membership is carried out.
3.3. Members of the club have equal rights and have the following rights:
3.3.1. Free expression;
3.3.2. To choose and be elected to the elected bodies of the club;
3.3.3. To participate in events organized by the club at the "Maximum" educational center;
3.3.4. To receive information about the activities of the club;
3.3.5. Making various proposals;
3.4. Members of the club have the following duties:
3.4.1. To comply with the Club Regulations;
3.4.2. Be responsible for the trainings.
3.4.4. To comply with ethical norms within the club;
3.5. Club membership is terminated in the following cases:
3.5.1. When the club is dissolved;
3.5.2. When voluntarily leaving the membership of the Club;
3.5.3. When he violates ethical norms within the club.
3.5.4. In case of long-term non-participation in the trainings conducted by the club without reason;
3.6. If a member of the club is dissatisfied with the termination of his membership, he has the right to appeal to the management of the club.
IV. CLUB STRUCTURE AND GOVERNING BODIES
4.1. The structure and governing bodies of the club are as follows:

4.2. The club is headed by the chairman of the club.
4.3. Chairman of the club:
4.3.1. The general management of the club's activities is carried out, it has an executive function;
4.3.2. Represents the club and acts on its behalf;
4.3.3. Proposes additions or changes to the Club's Bylaws;
4.3.4. Organizes the execution of decisions attributed to its authority;
4.3.5. Forms a national team to represent the club at the "Maximum" educational center in the republic and beyond its borders and is responsible for the national team.
4.3.6. supervises the financing of projects developed under the "Maximum" educational center;
4.3.7. He reports to the members of the club about his activities;
4.3.8. Performs the functions assigned to him by the organization.
4.4. The activity of the chairman is terminated in the following cases:
4.4.1. If, based on the complaint of the teams within the club, the Board of Directors decides on the inactivity of the Chairman;
4.4.2. If a volunteer resigns;
4.5. In the case of termination of the activity of the Chairman, the Deputy Chairman heads the Club until the next election.
DEPUTY CHAIRMAN
4.6. Vice President
4.6.1. Prepares projects related to management, legislation, implementation, development of the club;
4.6.2. He is responsible for the projects he prepares and is directly responsible for their implementation;
4.6.3. He deals with communication issues with the Mass Media, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and other clubs at the "Maximum" educational center;
4.6.4. Leads the work of attracting new young people to the club;
4.6.5. In the absence of the chairman of the club or when his activity is terminated, his powers are exercised by the deputy chairman; 4.6.6. The vice-chairman also carries out the issues assigned to him by the chairman of the club;
4.7. The activity of the deputy chairman may be terminated in the following cases:
4.7.1. If the IH approves the complaint made by the majority (more than half) of the teams in the club to the Chairman about the inactivity of the Vice-Chairman;
4.7.2. If a volunteer resigns;
4.8. In the event that the Deputy Chairman is terminated, his powers are performed by the person appointed by the Chairman until the next election.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS (BOARD OF DIRECTORS)
5.1. The Board of Directors approves the activity plans and projects of the Club and makes decisions on other issues within its powers. IH composition consists of 14 (fourteen) people:
- Head of group on practical psychology;
- Group leader for effective sales and its tools;
- Business and entrepreneurship; Head of the economics group;
- Social media marketing group leader;
- Project organizer; Philosophy group leader;
- Group leader for easy accountant;
- E-commerce group leader;
- Promoter of works on social media marketing;
- Persons responsible for disciplinary affairs;
- IH member on issues of working with groups;
- Person responsible for public relations (PR);
5.1.1 In addition, IH members have the authority to accept or reject issues brought up for discussion by IH by simple voting.
5.2. Member of the disciplinary committee:
5.2.1. Nizam puts forward projects related to disciplinary issues, carries out work related to increasing discipline in the club;
5.2.2. Presents the offending group or group member to the IH and informs the Club members about the action taken;
5.3. Member of the Board of Directors for "Work with groups" issues:
5.3.1. To inform the groups about various trainings and other issues that will be held by the club within the club;
5.3.2. making proposals for additions or changes to the Club Regulations;
5.3.3. Making proposals for changes in the club's structure;
5.3.4. To discuss and make decisions about the activity of the club and the training progress of the groups;
5.3.5. Other issues provided for in this Regulation.
5.4. The activity of the members of the IH is terminated in the following cases:
5.4.1. When his Club membership is terminated;
5.4.2. When more than half of the club members complain to the Chairman about the inactivity of the member of the Club and the Deputy Chairman confirms it;
5.4.3. If he does not participate in the meetings of the IH without reason;
5.4.4. At his own will.
5.4.5. When the activity of a member of the IH is terminated, his powers are performed by a person appointed by the Chairman.
V. ORGANIZATION AND PROJECTS OF THE CLUB'S ACTIVITY
6.1. Financial activities of the Club at the "Maximum" educational center can be financed by sponsors, voluntary donations, and grants received from local and foreign organizations.
6.2. The budget draft of the club is adopted by a simple majority of votes of the IH and can be approved by the Chairman.
6.3. The Club presents a project proposal for events to be carried out at the "Maximum" educational center. Only after the project proposal is approved, its financing is carried out.
VI. TERMINATION OF THE CLUB
7.1. If there is a decision made by a 3/4 majority of the group members and the number of those who agree with this issue in the meeting exceeds the number of those who are dissatisfied, the Club's activity can be terminated.
7.2. Termination of the club's activities is carried out in accordance with the existing standards.
FINAL CONCLUSIONS
8.1. Additions and changes may be made to this Regulation after the acceptance and approval of the Chairman.
8.2. In the future, if the provisions of this Regulation conflict with the legislation, the provisions of the legislation may be applied and the Regulation may be replaced by a new one.
