"STRONG WOMAN" CLUB REGISTER
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 "Strong Women's Club" on the basis of common interests and principles of volunteerism, to create a connection between the members of the Club and at the same time female members of our city, their expression in society, effective spending of leisure time and involvement in business activities, and intellectual activity is established with the aim of providing
1.2. The club operates in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and this Regulation and is independent within its powers.
1.3. Within the scope of the club's powers, it can establish mutual relations with state bodies, non-governmental organizations and international organizations, as well as with private companies.
II. MAIN GOALS AND DUTIES OF THE CLUB
2.1. The main goal of the club is to effectively organize the free time of the club's female members, to support self-expression and presentation, to reveal the intellectual potential of women by increasing their knowledge and skills, to ensure their active participation in the establishment of small and medium-sized businesses, the world try to increase their meetings and help them in all things that will lead to their development.
2.2. The main tasks of the club are:
2.2.1. To effectively organize the free time of the club members
2.2.2. Organize different types of intellectual games with the participation of club members
2.2.3 To increase women's interest in science and education;
2.2.4. To promote and develop friendship and networking among members of the club;
2.2.5. To direct the members of the club to all active seminars and trainings taking place in the country;
2.2.6. Ensuring the participation of talented Club members in women's activities held inside and outside the republic;
2.2.7. Carrying out other tasks that are not prohibited.
III. CLUB MEMBERSHIP, RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF MEMBERS
3.1. Club membership is voluntary and paid. An agreement on internal rules and activities is concluded with all club members.
3.2. Admission of members to the club is carried out by the board of the club. Those who want to join the club apply to the Club's Board of Directors, the application is reviewed, and when a positive result is reported, admission to membership is carried out.
3.3. Members of the club have equal rights and have the following rights:
3.3.1. To participate in the management of the club;
3.3.2. To choose and be elected to the elected bodies of the club;
3.3.3. To participate in events organized by the club;
3.3.4. To receive information about the activities of the club;
3.3.5. Making various proposals;
3.4. Members of the club have the following duties:
3.4.1. To comply with the Club Regulations;
3.4.2. To fulfill the decisions of the club's bodies;
3.4.3. Be responsible for what you do.
3.5. Club membership is terminated in the following cases:
3.5.1. When the club is dissolved;
3.5.2. When voluntarily leaving the membership of the Club;
3.5.3. When expelled from membership by the decision of the disciplinary commission of the club.
3.6. If a member of the club is dissatisfied with the termination of his membership, he has the right to appeal to the club management.
IV. CLUB STRUCTURE AND GOVERNING BODIES
4.1. The structure and governing bodies of the club are as follows:
4.1.1. Chairman – Maximum Education Consulting LLC
4.1.2. Vice President
4.1.3. Board of Directors (BoD)
CHAIRMAN
4.2. The club is chaired by Maximum Education Consulting LLC.
4.3. Chairman of the club:
4.3.1. The general management of the club's activities carries out executive and executive functions;
4.3.2. Represents the club and acts on its behalf;
4.3.3. Proposes additions or changes to the Club's Bylaws;
4.3.4. Organizes the execution of decisions attributed to its authority;
4.3.5. Forms the national team to represent the club in the republic and beyond its borders and is responsible for the national team.
4.3.6. Monitors the financing of prepared projects;
4.3.7. He reports to the members of the club about his activities;
4.3.8. Performs the functions assigned to him by the organization.
VICE PRESIDENT
4.6. Deputy Chairman:
4.7.1. Prepares projects related to management, legislation, implementation, various tournaments and development of the club;
4.7.2. He is responsible for the projects he prepares and is directly responsible for their implementation;
4.7.3. deals with communication issues with Mass Media (Media), Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and other clubs;
4.7.4. Leads the work of attracting new members to the club;
4.7.5. In the absence of the chairman of the club, his powers are exercised by the deputy chairman;
4.7.6. The vice-chairman also carries out the issues assigned to him by the chairman of the club;
4.8. The activity of the deputy chairman may be terminated in the following cases:
4.8.1. If the IH approves the complaint made by the majority (more than half) of the members in the club about the inactivity of the vice-chairman;
4.8.2. If a volunteer resigns;
4.9. In case of termination of the activity of the Deputy Chairman, the person appointed by the Chairman performs his powers until the next election.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS (BOARD OF DIRECTORS)
5.1. The Board of Directors approves the activity plans and projects of the Club and makes decisions on other issues within its powers. IH composition consists of 4 (four) people:
IH member for disciplinary affairs;
IH member on event and training organization issues
Member of the Board of Directors for development issues of the club.
In addition, IH members have the authority to accept or reject issues brought up for discussion in IH by simple voting.
5.2. Member of the disciplinary committee:
5.2.1. Nizam puts forward projects related to disciplinary issues, carries out work related to increasing discipline in the club;
5.2.2. Presents the offending team or team member to the IH and informs the Club members about the action taken;
5.3. NIK:
5.3.1. The chairman of the NIC is appointed by the club chairman and reports only to the club chairman regarding his decisions;
5.3.2. The club ensures that club members who violate internal disciplinary rules and do not fulfill their duties are punished or expelled from the club.
5.4. Member of the Board of Directors for the organization of events and trainings:
5.4.1. Resolves issues related to the timing and location of events and training
5.4.2. He is directly responsible for the organization of the financial resources required during the event and trainings, the quick delivery of the results of the round games to the club members, and the resolution of other issues that may arise in connection with the event and trainings.
5.5. IH member for club development issues:
5.5.1. To inform teams about round games, various tournaments, various events to be held by the club and other issues;
5.5.2. making proposals for additions or changes to the Club Regulations;
5.5.3. Making proposals for changes in the club's structure;
5.5.4. To discuss and make decisions about the activities of the club and the progress of the games;
5.5.5. Other issues provided for in this Regulation.
5.6. The activity of the members of the IH is terminated in the following cases:
5.6.1. When his Club membership is terminated;
5.6.2. When more than half of the teams complain to the President about the inactivity of an IH member and both Vice Presidents confirm it;
5.6.3. If he does not participate in the meetings of the IH without reason;
5.6.4. At his own will.
5.6.5. When the activity of a member of the IH is terminated, his powers are performed by a person appointed by the President.
V. ORGANIZATION AND PROJECTS OF THE CLUB'S ACTIVITY
6.1. The club's financial activities can be financed by sponsors, membership fees, voluntary donations, and grants received from foreign organizations.
6.2. The budget draft of the club is adopted by a simple majority of the IH and approved by the chairman .
6.3. The club makes a project proposal for the events to be implemented. Only after the project proposal is approved, its financing is carried out.
VI. TERMINATION OF THE CLUB
7.1. If there is a decision made by a 3/4 majority of the teams and the number of those who agree with this issue in the meeting exceeds the number of those who are dissatisfied, the activity of the Club can be terminated.
7.2. Termination of the club's activities is carried out in accordance with the current legislation.
FINAL CONCLUSIONS
8.1. Matters not provided for in this Regulation are regulated by legislation.
8.2. Additions and changes may be made to these Regulations after the approval of the Board of Directors and the approval of the Club Chairman.
8.3. In the future, if the provisions of this Regulation conflict with the legislation, the provisions of the legislation shall be applied.
